Six Steps to Keep Your House

By Jason Skeggs

We live in a difficult world, and the financial world may be the most difficult place of all. Even in good times, it can often be hard to make ends meet. So when trouble strikes, it can be tough to know what to do, but whether your income troubles are due to accident, student loan, unexpected medical bills, or unemployment, you have options to prevent you from losing your house. These are your first steps.

1. Look carefully at the cause of your debts. What is really causing your inability to pay your debts? There may be something you can do about that, perhaps take a second job or apply for assistance. Especially in the case of student loans there are many different avenues to acquire government or other assistance. You should also take a look at your spending habits, and make sure there is nothing to fix there.

2. Talk to your creditor. The person in the world to whom your house is the most valuable is you. Your bank doesn't want your house, they want as much of your money as possible, so they're often willing to help you with a debt payment plan if you're upfront about your problems.

3. Pay overdue amounts. If you can, pay all of your loans with very high interest rates first. This might include credit card debt or any other overdue balances which have extremely high interest rates. You could look into a consolidation loan or other avenues to get this done. Doing this will also inspire in you that you have the ability to pay your debts, and it will give your lender confidence that you are willing and able to repay.

4. Get debt educated. There is a whole host of rights and programs offered by the government to help those in financial trouble. Right now you should visit the FTC website and read the Fair Debt Collection Act. It gives people a whole host of rights, including freedom from much of the harassment that you may currently be experiencing.

5. Find yourself a debt counselor. Most states offer some sort of free debt counseling services. These people can help you navigate the minefield of debt relief. They won't try to sell you anything (if they do, then they're not really a counselor), but rather help you set up a payment plan, budget your money, and teach you about the different options you have.

6. Beware of foreclosure scams. They are everywhere, and they are looking for anybody willing to fall for their scheme, particularly people who feel panicked. By all means, do not transfer your property into anybody else's name. Once they have your signature, you've lost your house. Don't fall for it.

Good luck, and remember, no matter how things end up, you can always start with a clean slate in a few years.

Forex Software Robots Destroy Humans

By Terry Forex

Day traders have flocked to the Forex marketplace to pull in some greenbacks but the question everyone is asking is "Who wins when it comes down to the Forex Software Robots and the human Day Trader?" and the answer is not surprising in the least. Us poor humans have a number of traits that make us incapable of beating the Forex Software Robots from the very beginning and throughout this article I will show our weaknesses.

1. The human condition - The problem with competing against a Forex Software Robot is that from the start it is just not fair. From the beginning the human need to eat, to sleep and to seek out other humans for companionship just can not compete against a Forex Software Robot that can run twenty four hours a day seven days a week without having to do any of the above. Someone told me that with meth you can stay up for days at a time without eating but making sound financial decisions is not part of the package.

2. Emotion - To compete on the Forex marketplace you need to use that side of your brain that just focuses on logic and stays the heck away from the emotional feelings that are great in a relationship but suck on the Forex marketplace. The Forex Software Robots are programmed to focus just on the numbers and trends in order to make you money where as us humans can be swayed way to quickly with a sudden surge of adrenaline or out of fear knowing that if our next few trades are not successful we will be eating Spam for the week. Emotion is a seven letter bad word in the Forex marketplace.

3. Consistency - In order to pull off profits in the Forex marketplace the day trader needs to be completely focused and consistent when it comes to making good trades unfortunately this is a rarity in the human world. Silly little thoughts like what am I going to do Friday night, why the heck is the wife mad at me this time and is there is a reason why the Toronto Maple Leafs love to torture me will screw up your consistency in a heartbeat. Again those darn Forex Software Robots are able to run for twenty four hours a day seven days a week focused completely on the numbers and making the right trades to make you money

Well I hate to break it to you but the time has come where robots truly rule the planet at least when it comes to the Forex marketplace. Our basic needs cost us dearly when it comes to competing against a Forex Software Robot. Those darn robots are capable of working twenty four hours a day seven days a week without the need for food, sleep, companionship and to top it off they are 100% focused on the task at hand which is making you money. Someone throw in the towel for the battle of Forex Software Robots versus humans is not a fight but a butt kicking.

Marketing Your Brand With Custom Promotional Briefcases And Attaches

By Isabella Cobornois

When giving briefcases and attaches to your customers, make sure you have yourself covered. Here are some suggestions when choosing briefcases and attaches for your clients:

Choose the best material. Leather is, of course, the best for briefcases, but with the wide range of choices, you need not limit yourself to leather. Consider your recipients' preferences: if they are the fierce animal-activist type, you might want to go with the faux leather designs. Some PVC models are as good as the genuine leather versions and are not as dear.

Think durability. Durable briefcases and attaches will be used longer and mean longer exposure for your service. Giving away quality gifts that last a lifetime leaves a good impression on your customers. It is evidence that your company is not the kind that will settle for less.

Acknowledge the needs of your recipients. Some briefcases and attaches displayed come with sufficient padding to protect laptops, a feature that is highly appreciated by people who are on the go. On the other hand, female executives who want to show their personality would like briefcases and attaches that they can use in the office but will still look good on them in an after-office party.

Explore color. A red briefcase is sure to be conspicuous in a sea of black and brown briefcases. It is avant-garde and is a sure way to get people's attention. Such a move shows that your company is not afraid to experiment or try something new, an attitude that is good to have in an unpredictable business climate.

Select designer briefcases and attaches if your budget makes it possible. Your choice of briefcase and attaches indicates how you value your customers. If your corporation sends giveaways only at the end of a year, such gifts, no matter how expensive, are worth the investment.

Himfr.com Reports China Solar Giant Suntech To Set Up 1st U.S. Plant

By Tian Li

China's solar panel maker Suntech Power Holdings Co., Ltd. said Monday it will set up its first U.S. factory in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. In a press release, Suntech said it plans to make a final decision on the specific location of the plant in the coming weeks.

The plant will have an initial production capacity of 30 megawatts (MW) and is expected to begin production in the third quarter of 2010, it said. Steven Chan, Suntech's Chief Strategy Officer, said in Beijing the company will make an initial investment of 10 million U.S. dollars.

Chan said the investment decision was made as the solar energy market grows rapidly in North America thanks to the region's pro-solar policies. Suntech's Chairman and CEO Dr. Zhengrong Shi said: "This is the first step in what I see as a long-term, strategic investment in the North American market." "The leadership shown by the U.S. government in advancing renewable energy will only improve the environment for further investments in the coming years."

The U.S. plant, which will be about 80,000 to 100,000 square feet, will employ over 75 full-time employees at launch and may double its staff within the year as the North American market develops, it said.

The U.S. market had 356 MW of solar PV capacity installed during 2008 and is expected to grow six-fold to more than 2 gigawatts (GW) by 2012, Suntech cited media reports as saying. Suntech, headquartered in the eastern city of Wuxi, was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in December 2005. Its sales revenue in 2008 was about 2 billion U.S. dollars.

Solar pool panels are either flat-plate or evacuated tube solar water heating collectors. The versions for nonpotable pool water use are often made of plastic. Pool water, mildly corrosive due to chlorine, is circulated through the panels using the existing pool filter or supplemental pump. Evacuated tubes do not have pool water pumped through them, instead clean water is used and then a heat exchanger transfers the heat. This causes less corrosion. A fairly simple differential temperature controller is used to direct the water to the panels or heat exchanger either by turning a valve or operating the pump.

The collector panels are usually mounted on a nearby roof, or they can be ground-mounted on a tilted rack. Due to the low temperature difference between the air and the water, the panels are often unglazed. The collectors should face South in the northern hemisphere, and North in the southern.

If of fixed mounting angle, the collectors' tilt should be optimized to warm the pool during the coolest months that the pool will be utilized; this optimal angle will vary with latitude. The collectors must drain down by gravity, or be drained, for freeze protection in anything but extremely mild climates. Almost all locations in the U.S. have the potential for freezing.

A simple rule-of-thumb for the required panel area needed is 50% of the pool's surface area. This is for areas where pools are used in the summer season only, not year 'round. Adding solar collectors to a conventional outdoor pool, in a cold climate, can typically extend the pool's comfortable usage by a couple of months or more if an insulating pool cover is also used. An active solar energy system analysis program may be used to optimize the solar pool heating system before it is built.

By Wayne McCougal

Each manufacturing company wishes insurance on their products for protection. What happens if somebody gets hurt from employing your product? This is the exact reason why you need product liability insurance coverage.

The fundamentals

Product liability insurance protects the manufacturer in the event that they get sued. With this form of insurance, the insurance agency looks after any money that is due to the plaintiff. The total package that a company receives with their product liability insurance coverage will vary based on the product that they manufacture. Obtaining Product responsibility Insurance

Obtaining product liability insurance can be troublesome. Many insurance agencies do not offer this kind of insurance. You which must do your analysis to find insurance agencies who do offer product liability insurance for your type of business. They will be able to determine what form of product liability insurance and the coverage amounts you need.
Insurance agencies or product guilt insurance brokers will take many aspects of your business under consideration to identify the form of product responsibility insurance that your business will require. They will look at the extent of business that you do. They will look at the kind of product that you manufacture. They will also take into consideration the outlets that you use in order to sell your product.

Product guilt insurance could mean the difference between your company staying afloat or having to file for bankruptcy. Without the product guilt insurance, the company will be completely liable and in the event of a legal action where the choice is made in favor of the complainant, the company would have to pay out of pocket. This can lead to bankruptcy fast in a few cases, depending on the amount of money awarded by the courts. If you had product liability insurance, you would be able to continue to operate, have to fix the defect on the product, and resolve the lawsuit. Now, which one sounds better to you?
